Waynesfield Raceway Park is celebrating Easter this Sunday, April 4th, by inviting all dirt race teams to come shake down their rides in preparation for the 2010 season. In the spirit of the Easter holiday, WRP will also be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for all children with over 200 eggs to be found.
The day will kick off with the Easter Egg Hunt beginning at 1:00 PM. Over 200 eggs will be hidden in the area adjacent to the 1/5 mile go-kart track. Lots of goodies and surprises are promised in the eggs this year.
At 2:00PM the track will be opened up for practice for all dirt racing cars. Pit Passes will be required for anyone in the pits at a cost of $10 each. General Admssion is free of charge and the concession stand will be open for business.
Open practice will once again be held the following Sunday April 11th at 2:00PM. Gates will open at 1:00 PM both Sundays
In addition to the 2 open practice sessions in April, Waynesfield Raceway Park is pleased to announce that we will be holding open practice every Tuesday throughout the season beginning on Tuesday April 20th.
