CHESTER, S.C. (July 26, 2010) – Terry Gray grabbed the lead with 11 laps remaining and went on to win the United Speed Contest Sanction presented by Goodyear event at I77 Speedway.

Gray is the defending series champion.

Goodyear is the exclusive tire provider for the USCS. The bias-ply tires Goodyear supplies the USCS competitors are from the same line as those Goodyear manufactures for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. That allows teams to compete in either program without the complication of adjusting to different tire performance.

Gray passed Johnny Bridges for the race lead after 19 laps were completed and was not headed. Bridges finished second, followed by Coby Adams, Matt Linder and Nick Bashford.

Gray won the Goodyear Dash and Bashford was named the Goodyear Racing Tire Young Gun of the Race.
