BLOOMINGTON, Ind., Saturday, July 31, 2010 – After its mid-summer break, the engines will rev and the cars will slide again at Bloomington Speedway Friday night, Aug. 6.

South Central Building & Construction Trade Council Night will feature Bloomington Speedway’s three exciting classes of racing on the ¼-mile clay oval. It is the 10th consecutive year Bloomington Speedway has played host to the members of the South Central Building and Construction Trade Council.

The Grimes Pool and Spas Sprint Cars will bring in the top sprint car teams and open wheel drivers from Central Indiana, while the O’Neal Wood Products UMP Modifieds and the Tire and Wheel Center UMP Indiana Super Stocks will provide great sheet metal-to-sheet metal action.

Spectator gates Friday night for South Central Building & Construction Trade Council Night open at 5:30 p.m., hot laps are at 6:30 with racing beginning at 7:30. General admission is $12 for adults, and kids under 12 are always FREE general admission at Bloomington Speedway with a general admission paying adult.
