(Perris, CA, January 20, 2011) Perris Auto Speedway, the Southern California home of Major League Sprint Car Racing, is lowering the ticket price for teens age 13-18 for the 2011 racing season.. Starting with the first race of the new campaign, the USAC/CRA Sprint Car and California Lightning Sprint Car Sokola Shootout on Saturday, March 12th, teens age 13-18 will get in for just $5.00 when they present their school id at the ticket window.
“We want to help out the families and we also want to get more youngsters into the racetrack,” Perris Auto Speedway promoter Don Kazarian said on Thursday. “This will help Mom and Dad who bring the kids to the races and it will make it easier for teens who are looking for something to do with their friends on a Saturday night. These days, there are very few places where teens can spend just $5.00 for admission.”
The $5.00 teen ticket is the same admission price as kids age six -12. Of course, all kids five and under will still get in for free. The new discounted teen prices will be in effect for all races (Sprint Cars, PASSCAR and Nights of Destruction) in 2011 with the exception of July 2nd and November’s 16th Annual Budweiser Oval Nationals.
In addition to the discount for the kids, active members of the military and seniors age 65 and over will receive a $5.00 discount on Sprint Car Nights. Adult tickets for the PASSCAR Stock Car shows and the Nights of Destruction will only be $9.00.

Perris Auto Speedway is located on the Lake Perris Fairgrounds (home of October’s Southern California Fair), approximately one hour east of Los Angeles and one hour North of San Diego.
