INDIANAPOLIS, Wednesday, March 30, 2011 – Indianapolis 500 fans can receive a memory of a lifetime this spring by riding around the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval in a vintage Pace Car driven by an Indy 500 veteran.

The first 100 customers to purchase four reserved seats for the 100th Anniversary Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 29 and four tickets to either Pole Day on Saturday, May 21 or Bump Day on Sunday, May 22 will receive this exciting benefit. Current Indianapolis 500 reserved seat ticket holders also are eligible to become one of the 100 participants in this special program if they purchase four additional tickets to either Pole Day or Bump Day.

Ticket purchasers and a guest will receive a one-lap ride in a vintage Pace Car, have their picture taken with the driver and the Pace Car on pit lane and will receive an autograph from the driver.

The rides will take place from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, April 17 and Sunday, June 12.

Veteran Indianapolis 500 drivers scheduled to provide rides include Steve Chassey, Stephan Gregoire, Johnny Parsons and 1968 Rookie of the Year Bill Vukovich II.
