ELBRIDGE, NY – July 20, 2011 – Fans who want a FREE Fan Pit Pass for Friday night’s show at the Sprint Car Summer Shootout event on Friday, July 22 and Saturday, July 23, at Rolling Wheels Raceway, need to act quickly. The incredible offer expires at noon on Friday, July 22. Simply purchase a two-day grandstand ticket to the Sprint Car Summer Shootout featuring the 360 sprints from three different sprint car organizations and receive a FREE Fan Pit Pass that allows unprecedented access to the competitors on Friday night.

The Sprint Car Summer Shootout will attract the premier 360 sprints from The Empire Super Sprints (ESS), Patriot Sprint Tour (PST) and the United Racing Company (URC) along with the DIRTcar Sportsman Modified on Friday night and the Mid-State Vintage Car Club and CRSA sprints on Saturday night.

Fans won’t want to miss as these organizations take over the largest and fastest track on their schedules. This highly-anticipated weekend was lost to rain on both nights, building the excitement for this year’s shows.

Time trials and heat race qualifying will be used to establish the starting field for both nights of racing. On Friday night, $2,000 will go to the winner of the 25-lap sprint feature and on Saturday night, the winner will walk away with $3,000.

Local driver and four-time PST Champion Bryan Howland can’t wait to be back at Rolling Wheels Raceway. “This is one of the biggest events of the year not only for us as drivers but for the fans as well” states Howland. “Fans have a chance to catch the best of the best from each organization; everyone will be out there giving it their all because they want to prove that they are the best which will make for a great night of racing.”

Howland won’t be the only driver competing for bragging rights this weekend he will be joined by stars such as defending URC Champion Curt Michael, ESS point’s leader Chuck Hebing, PST point’s leader Jared Zimbardi and All-Star Circuit of Champions regular Jessica Zemken.

Zemken’s return this weekend to ‘The Fast Track’ brings her back to where her sprint car career started back in 2005. After a successful 2004 racing season with a track championship under her belt, Jessica ran her first 360 Event at Rolling Wheels Raceway. This event was sanctioned with the World of Outlaws. Jessica started 15th in the event and charged to a 4th place finish in the 25 lap sprint A-Main. Zemken currently ranks 5th in the nation with the All-Star Circuit of Champions and 7th in the Eastern Region.
