SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Selinsgrove Speedway officials were forced to postpone Saturday night’s 13th Annual Late Model Open at 4:30 p.m. when heavy rain hit the speedway while the track crew was making progress preparing the surface for the evening’s four division racing program.
Track officials are reviewing possible dates to reschedule the Late Model Open and will announce a new date in the next couple of days.
Selinsgrove Speedway will present an open wheel doubleheader at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, featuring the United Racing Company sprint cars and 358 sprint cars plus late models and roadrunners. Track gates will open at 5 p.m.
