Exciting Announcements for McFadden

By Daniel Powell

The 2011/12 sprintcar season shapes up to be a very exciting one for James McFadden, after he recently announced the signing of new sponsors AUS FUEL GULL and Lucas Oil Products Inc, along with Glen Beaton joining the team as their crew chief.
McFadden is very excited about the developments within the Scott Milling owned team and is looking forward to building long lasting relationship with sponsors AUS FUEL GULL and Lucas Oil Products Inc and Beaton for the foreseeable future.
“Scott [Milling] has put a lot into the team and it’s very pleasing to be able to attract some additional sponsorship support to the table,” McFadden enthused. “Sprintcar racing is a very expensive exercise and any time that you can pick up some extra support it certainly goes a long way. Our team is looking forward to working closely with our new sponsors and getting some results on the board in order to maximise our level of exposure.”
McFadden said that having Beaton, a former World of Outlaws crew chief, join the team is a major benefit for the team. Already in their first three race meetings together this season, the pair is working well together.
“The whole reason for getting Glen as our crew chief was to take the work load off dad [Dave McFadden], as he has in the past two seasons been the crew chief, team manager and transporter driver all rolled into one,” he explained. “Glen offers our team a lot of experience and new ideas. Already in these early stages he is fitting in well with the team and I’m confident that we can achieve a lot together as a team this season.”
