Late afternoon rains force Attica cancellation

ATTICA, Ohio – Heavy rains late Friday afternoon forced the cancellation of racing at Attica Raceway Park for Friday, May 4.

Attica officials have not determined yet if the 305 Engine Builders’ Challenge Presented by Flag City Recycling in Findlay/Bob’s Machine Shop and BMS Engines will be rescheduled.

“Ohio’s Finest Racing” speed plant is back in action on Friday, May 11 as Sutton Bank presented Scouts Night. All Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts & Scout Leaders in uniform will get FREE admission.

The O’Reilly Auto Parts 410 Sprints will compete in a $3,000 to win Fremont/Attica Sprint Title event. The Summit Racing Equipment UMP DIRTcar Late Models and Fremont Fence 305 Sprints are also in action. Plus vintage race cars will also be on display and run an exhibition race.
