SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Keystone Cup Ray Tilley Classic for 410 sprint cars was cancelled Sunday at Selinsgrove Speedway when strong thunderstorms moved over the half-mile track at about 6:30 p.m.

Greg Hodnett of Thomasville had a six-point lead over Danny Dietrich of Aspers entering Sunday night’s series finale. Following the cancellation, Hodnett was declared the champion of the sixth annual Keystone Cup.

There were 23 410 sprint cars and 29 super sportsman registered prior to hot laps.

Selinsgrove Speedway will honor rain checks and pit wristbands from Sunday night on either of the two remaining 410 sprint car races this season (July 8 or Sept. 15) or on the next two 358 sprint car shows at the track.

Track officials would like to thank Marlin Heller of Dover for having two Ray Tilley race cars on display and the Tilley family and friends for being in attendance Sunday evening.

The speedway will present a four division show of 358 sprint cars, late models, pro stocks, and roadrunners at 7 p.m. this Saturday, June 2.
