Vernon, NY — (July 7, 2013) — Matt Tanner won the rain shortened finale of Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints Speedweek Sunday night at Utica-Rome Speedway. The victory was Tanner’s first careere ESS victory. Stewart Friesen, Michael Parent, Chuck Hebing, and Bryan Howland rounded out the top five. More on this race to come.
