After a rare Friday scheduled without a race, the Eyecon Trail Cameras #7 team traveled north of the border to Canada on Saturday as the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Cars continued their midseason East Coast swing at Autodrome Drummond in Drummondville, Quebec for the fourth consecutive season.

Coming off a third place finish last July at the 4/10-mile, Craig Dollansky prepared for his fourth appearance where 19 drivers signed in for competition.  After getting a feel for the track in hotlaps, the MobileStar #7 timed in 13th fastest missing the twelve-car heat inversion by just .014 seconds.   In the first heat Dollansky started inside row three and finished 5th on a tough to pass racing surface.

With attention shifted to the 35-lap A-Main and final preparations made, ‘The Crowd Pleaser’ started inside row seven and worked his way into the top-ten before the first caution on lap 3.  Running eighth by a red flag ten laps later, Dollansky powered the Aggressive Hydraulics Maxim into seventh before the final yellow on lap 16.  With nineteen laps remaining in the main event, much of the field held position in the final circuits as the Big Game Treestands backed sprinter recorded a top-ten finish taking the checkered flag in 7th.

Racing tonight at Cornwall Motor Speedway has been canceled due to rain so the Eyecon Trail Cameras #7 team will now head to Ohsweken Speedway in Ontario for racing on Tuesday, July 30th.
