Brian Olson is the most recent MSRXSS winner with his thrilling win in Saturday’s 54th Joe James/Pat O’Connor Memorial at Salem Speedway. It was his  second James/O’Connor win in as many seasons.
The series heads to Anderson Speedway this Saturday night August 17th for the second and final visit in 2013. Jacob Wilson scored his first career MSRXSS win the last time the series visited Anderson Speedway. The Must See Racing 50 will cap off an exciting night of racing at the lightning fast high-banked ¼ mile oval.
The following afternoon the series will venture one hour east to the famed high banks of Winchester Speedway for an afternoon of racing as part of the annual Old Timers weekend. The MSRXSS will also be competing in their second and final visit to Winchester Speedway in 2013. Jo Jo Helberg picked up the victory at Winchester on May 19th. Helberg waged an exciting battle with Brian Gerster that saw the duo make spectacular passes of  lapped cars in one of the most exciting MSRXSS features thus far in 2013. An on-track vintage car parade will also on tap for the days racing activity.
To date six different MSRXSS drivers, Jo Jo Helberg, Ryan Litt, Brian Olson, Jacob Wilson, Aaron Pierce and Brian Gerster have won feature events chasing the coveted 2013 series Championship.
The busy month of August will conclude for the MSRXSS next weekend August 24 at Berlin Raceway in Marne, MI.
