OSWEGO, NY (May 5, 2015) – The Oswego Speedway Eagles Fan Club, a volunteer non-profit organization formed several years ago with the sole purpose and intent of supporting drivers and owners that compete at Oswego Speedway, is excited to continue the Kids Bike Giveaway and the Chris Nelson State Farm Insurance Hotspot programs in 2015.

Longtime board member Jason Kingsley has stepped into a new role as Eagles Fan Club President beginning this year, with the assistance of Vice President and Treasurer Jamie LaRochelle as well as internet coordinator Mike Johnson.

The trio of Oswego Speedway fans is ready to bring the Eagles Fan Club into a new era at the Steel Palace this coming season, while continuing these two traditional programs.

As in years past, the Eagles Fan Club will give away a free bike each week at the Speedway in 2015, provided by Doyle’s Bike Shop in Fulton, NY.

Sign-ups to win the bike are free, and only kids 16 and under are eligible to register.  To register to win the Eagles Fan Club giveaway bike each week you must sign-up at the Eagles Fan Club booth located across from the Speedway Tiki Bar.

The Chris Nelson State Farm Insurance Hotspot program will also return this season with a random $100 bonus to be awarded each week.

The program will alternate between the Novelis Supermodified and Pathfinder Bank SBS divisions, with the night’s feature winner selecting a random finishing position.  The driver in that finishing position will earn the $100 prize from the Eagles Fan Club and Chris Nelson State Farm Insurance.

Jamie LaRochelle will be walking the pit area and manning the Eagles Fan Club booth under the main grandstands with sign-up forms for the Eagles Fan Club this season.

Oswego Speedway’s racing season begins this Saturday, May 9 with the Speedway’s 65th opening night celebration featuring the Novelis Supermodified Kick-Off main event as well as the Race of Champions Asphalt Modified Series Richie Evans Memorial and the Pathfinder Bank SBS.
