Rossburg, OH — (July 16, 2015) — Butch Schroeder was able to take advantage of a stumble by the competition to go from third to first in a single corner to win the Jimmy Johnston Classic during the Knight Before the Kings Royal Friday at Eldora Speedway with the K&L Ready Mix National Racing Alliance. Schroeder slid past Dustin Daggett and Ryan Ruhl after Daggett stumbled on the cushion in turn four while leading.

Daggett would start on the pole with Todd Heuerman along side. Daggett lead the first eight laps with fellow Sprints on Dirt competitor Ryan Ruhl close behind in third. 6th starting Schroeder made the pass on Ruhl and Daggett to take the lead on lap eight and was never seriously challenged.

Meanwhile, Daggett and Ruhl had a battle of their own for second for several laps. Daggett eventually took command of second and closed on Schroeder late in the feature but could not catch him during the non stop 20-lap feature. . Tim Shaffer had a fine run finishing fourth after starting 13th with Jared Horstman coming home fifth.
