Anderson, IN – August 13, 2015 – Jimmy McCune enters Saturday’s Must See Racing Sprint Series (MSRSS) presented by Engine Pro as the new point’s leader by virtue of his second place finish in last weekend’s 56th Joe James/Pat O’Connor Memorial at Salem Speedway. McCune headlines a stout group of drivers scheduled to compete in Saturday night’s event at Anderson Speedway.

Saturday’s event will be the second of three appearances for the MSRSS at Anderson Speedway in 2015. Jimmy McCune was victorious in the last visit by MSRSS to Anderson Speedway on May 20. Saturday’s event will also serve as the last visit to Anderson Speedway before the “Labor Day 100” on September 5th.

Cherry Hill, NC driver Johnny Bridges is also expected to compete. Bridges finished second in the season opening MSRSS event at Hickory Motor Speedway using a unique and exciting dirt track style of driving. Other drivers expected to compete include: Brad Wyatt, Chris Neuenschwander, Anthony McCune, Jeff Bloom, Derek Bischak, Sam Davis, Grant Galloway, Christian Koehler, Kevin Blue, Gary Troutman and Brian Vaughn among others.

Past winners of the Anderson MSRSS August visit include: Jo Jo Helberg in 2012 &13, and Aaron Pierce in 2014.

The last visit by MSRSS to Anderson Speedway on May 20 proved to be highly entertaining. Aaron Pierce, Chris Neuenschwander, and Jacob Wilson put on a thrilling battle for second place virtually the entire race. Wilson used every inch of the speedway in a relentless effort while trying to hold off Pierce much of the race. Wilson was eventually forced to settle for third with Pierce relegated to fourth place. Saturday’s event is expected to yield another night of great racing.
