Heading to the Jackson Speedway on Saturday night to take on the Jackson Speedway Touring Series, Tim Kaeding charged from his fourth row starting spot to score an impressive win.

“We had an awesome racecar on Saturday night, and it was great to get this entire Lunstra Motorsports team another win,” Tim Kaeding said.

Lining the Dammer Trucking/Folkens Bros. Trucking/Sioux Falls Ford No. 3 machine up in the third row of his heat race by way of a pill draw, the San Jose, CA native was able to work his way up to a third place finish.

Lining up in the fourth row of the feature event, Kaeding would go to work, as he carefully picked his moves on this night. Flexing his muscles, TK was able to quickly get past Brandon Halverson and Wade Nygard to get into the top five.

Working on Casey Hesser, and Greg Bakker, Kaeding would take over the second spot as he began his pursuit of race leader, Derrik Lusk. Working on Lusk, TK would eventually find the opening he needed to take command of the race.

Once out in front, Kaeding would work his way away from the field and never look back as he was able to pick up his fourth overall win of the 2015 season.

“To come from the fourth row like we did, shows how good we were,” Kaeding added. “We have been so close the last few weeks, hopefully we can take this momentum and go win a couple of races next weekend to close out the NSL season.”

The Lunstra Motorsports team would like to thank Dammer Trucking, Folkens Bros. Trucking, Sioux Falls Ford, Yager Agriculture Supply, EMI, Matt’s Repair, Octane Ink, and Trac2Trail Arctic Cat for their support in 2015.

ON TAP: TK and the Lunstra Motorsports team will head to Nebraska this Friday and Saturday for the final tow National Sprint League races of the season.
