Tony Stewart Racing confirmed in a statement released on Thursday that Tony Stewart suffered a L1 vertebrae fracture Sunday in an ATV accident while on vacation on the west coast. The injury and recovery period will keep Stewart out of NASCAR Sprint Cup Competition until further notice. As of now a replacement driver has not been named.
