(May 25, 2016) – Ohsweken, Ontario – Ohsweken Speedway’s 21st season of racing continues this Friday, May 27 when Corr/Pak Merchandising presents Emergency Services Night.
All first responders carrying their professional ID will be admitted free of charge to this Friday’s Emergency Services Night at Ohsweken, along with active military and veterans. The Kool Kidz Corr/Pak 360 Sprint Cars, Strickland’s GMC Crate Sprint Cars, Affordable Towing & Recovery Thunder Stocks, HRW Automotive Mini Stocks, and Gale’s Auto Aftermarket Bombers will all be in action contesting the second round of their weekly racing series.
111 drivers signed in for Ohsweken’s 21st annual Season Opener last Friday, and the field is expected to grow over the next few weeks. Jake Brown (360 Sprint Cars), Ryan Hunsinger (Crate Sprint Cars), Dave Bailey (Thunder Stocks), Brandon Janssens (Mini Stocks), and Jake Maas (Bombers) lead the championship standings in their respective divisions heading into this Friday’s event.

Founded in 1996, Ohsweken Speedway is a motorsports complex which includes a 3/8 (0.375) mile clay oval track. The facility is owned by the Styres family, and located in the village of Ohsweken, Ontario, Canada.
