Anderson, IN — (May 27, 2016) — The final day of qualifications were filled with drama on Thursday for the 64th Annual Pay Less Little 500. The “bump day” of qualifications featured a flurry of activity with several bumps and a heartbreaking disqualification for one team.
After difficulties on Wednesday both Shane Cottle and Russ Gamester bumper their way into the field qualifying 25th and 31st respectively.
Cottle’s effort bumped Ron Larson from British Columbia, Canada out of the field. Larson went back out and bumped his way into the race, only to be disqualified for not going to post qualifying inspection, making his 36 hour trip all for not.
Larson’s disqualification moved Brad Wyatt back into the 33rd and final starting spot.
