From WRP2015 Waynesfield Raceway Park Top Story 2

WAYNESFIELD, Ohio (6/23/16) – All five weekly divisions return this Saturday night to Waynesfield Raceway Park in Waynesfield, Ohio.  The Satellite Connections Non Wing Sprint Cars, Performance Powder Coating AMSA Mini Sprints, Quest Federal Credit Union UMP Modifieds, Block Insurance Tough Trucks, and the Indian Lake Outfitter Compacts get back on the points chase as the mid-season mark nears.  Saturday’s full program will also usher in the first King of the Hill challenge of the 2016 racing season.  Instead of the weekly inversion draw for the Block Insurance Tough Trucks, the front four rows will be determined in a head-to-head, 1 lap showdown.  The driver winning their respective round will continue to advance through the bracket until they win and start on the pole for the 15 lap A-main.  All rounds of the challenge will start from a dead stop at the start/finish line with two drivers going head-to-head.

Adult general admission is just $12.  Children ages 11-15 are admitted for $6 with everyone under the age of ten admitted for FREE.  Pit admittance is just $25.  All current members of the Dayton Auto Racing Fan Club will be honored Saturday and admitted into the grandstands at a discounted rate.  Pit side gates swing open at 4PM; grandstands at 5PM.  Hot laps get underway at 6PM with opening ceremonies and the first green flag of the night at 7PM.
