KOKOMO, Ind. (August 24, 2016) — Thunderstorms that generated multiple tornadoes forced USAC and Kokomo Speedway officials to postpone Wednesday night’s non-wing sprint car program. Heavy storms forced officials to clear the stands during the Bryan Clauson tribute during the day. The tribute was completed once the storm had cleared. Kokomo officials announced the rain date for the event is scheduled for September 2nd.
