COMPLETION TO BE RESCHEDULED
The drivers of the ARDC kicked off their Western Pennsylvania tour Friday evening with their first trip to Clinton County in five years but due to a huge car count and curfew where only able to complete seven laps of their feature.
With 45 Sprint cars in the pits for the ASCS Patriot / 410 Sprint Car Challenge and 30 ARDC Midgets as well as a full field of the tracks Pro Stocks the hour ran late and at 11:45pm with the Midgets in the seventh lap of the feature the checkered flag was thrown with Dusty Heistand leading Steve Lenig.
It was announced by Clinton County Promoter, Vern Wasson that he would announce a date to bring the Midgets back to complete their 25 lap feature as well as another complete show.
Earlier in the evening in heat race action Tracy Reading picked up a win as did Dave Shirk and Chris Zrinski while Jeff Furlong won the abbreviated B-Main.
After racing action was completed, ARDC packed up and headed West on Route 80 toward Mercer Raceway where they would race as part of the Sprint Car Slugout.
