BCRA Midgets head to Madera Speedway this Saturday

The mighty midgets of the Bay Cities Racing Association head to Madera, CA this Saturday to atttack the fast and furious Madera Speedway for the third and final time this 2010 season. Coming off a Wednesday rain-out at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico last week, the midgets are ready to hit the pavement. Chad Nichols was victor in BCRA’s first visit to Madera this year and Kody Swanson won the second. Nick Foster Jr. won the previous pavement race at Lakeport Speedway in July.

Pre-entered for this event so far is Chad Nichols in the #17n Beast/Esslinger, Tanner Swanson in the #10 Beast/Mopar owned by Paul Eskesen, current points leader Nick Foster, Jr. in the #1 Beast/Esslinger owned by Jim Fowler, Floyd Alvis in his #18 Stealth/Van Dyne, Danny Parker in the #28 Stealth/Esslinger owned by Bob Roza, Dillon Silverman in the #14x Spike/RRE Chevy EcoTec owned by RAM Racing, Pete Davis in the #0 TCR/Honda owned by Dave LaMott and Lonny Alton in the #5a Stealth/Ford owned by Lana Alton.

Other possible entries include Dan Gundo, Nick Chivello, Bob Rosen and J.R. Williams.

Pit gates open at 2 p.m., practice at 3:30, qualifying at 5 p.m with races starting at 5:45 p.m. Come out and watch some great Midget racing and get caught up on the season at www.bcraracing.com.
