KNOXVILLE, IOWA (October 21, 2011) – “DVD Mania” has hit the museum store at the non-profit National Sprint Car Hall of Fame as many new racing videos have arrived in time for the 2011 holiday season. Amongst the new titles in stock are “Follow the Corn 2: Next Level”, “Steve Kinser, King of the Outlaws, 1990-96”, “Super Sprinters, 1963-83”, “Fast and the Famous, Volume III”, and “Midget, Sprint and Champ Car Hightlights” (volumes I & II). All DVD’s are available from the non-profit museum, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, in the on-line store at www.sprintcarstuff.com.

Museum store representative Sharon Spaur said today, “We have spent the last month getting our holiday mass mailing ready for delivery, both nationally and internationally. In doing so, we’ve been stocking up on new items in the museum store, and I am just so impressed with the quality and quantity of our motorsports videos. Most are sprint car racing-oriented, both non-winged and winged, but we also have some new non-sprint-car ones like ‘Golden Victory 1961’ about Indy and ‘Reading Modifieds.’ Heck, we even have ‘Fever Heat,’ which was filmed in 1968 at the Stuart and Oskaloosa dirt tracks here in Iowa, now available in DVD format.”

The non-profit foundation’s new museum store catalog will be sent out via the U.S. Postal Service on the first of November to over 16,000 sprint car fans on its mailing list. Those not wanting to wait to see the new museum store brochure are encouraged to download it from http://www.sprintcarhof.com/Pages/SpecialEvents now. The contents are also available at the museum’s on-line store at www.sprintcarstuff.com. Items can be purchased on-line, through the mail, or by calling the museum store, seven days a week, at 1-800-874-4488.
