Port Royal Kids Easter Night This Week, Free Rabbits To First 200 Youth

Port Royal – Port Royal Speedway will present Kids Easter Night coming up this Saturday, April 19 at 6 pm.Port Royal Speedway Logo

 

General admission gates will open 4 pm with free chocolate Easter rabbits being given to the first 200 youth entering the grandstand.

 

On hand to distribute the Easter treats will be sprint car drivers Logan Wagner and Mike Erdley along with late model driver Mike Lupfer.

 

While the Easter Bunny himself is on hand for the night, a Kids Easter Egg scramble will be held in the infield just before heat race action begins.

 

Racing action will include the Aumiller’s Insurance 410 sprint cars, the Jakes Golf Carts super late models and the River Valley Builders 305 sprints.

 

Adult general admission for the program is just $15 with students ages 12 – 18 admitted for JUST $5.

 

The 305 sprint show will be the second of the season at the track for the division after Tyler Bear took the opener on April 5.

 

Meanwhile the shows for the 410 sprints and super late models will be the third of the season for the classes with Blane Heimbach and Rick Lafferty having scored in sprints and Tim Wilson and Nick Dickson scoring in the super lates.

 

The Easter program will be the final tune up for the 410 sprints before the big All Star Circuit of Champions Sprints Bob Weikert Memorial coming up at the track on Saturday, April 26 at 7 pm.
