ROCHESTER, NY, (February 5, 2015)- Since 2003, the Patriot Sprint Tour has been thrilling fans across the northeast. In that same time frame, Patriot Tank Lines has been travelling the same roads transporting a variety of fuels. For 2015, the two patriotic entities come together for the first time.
Patriot Tank Lines, of Weedsport, NY, has joined the PST family of Marketing Partners, supporting the series in a variety of roles, including fueling the Hard Charger of the Season Award. Patriot Tank Lines is sponsoring the PST, in part, to support a wide range of teams, something that the hard charger award lends itself to.
“It is great to have the support of Patriot Tank Lines in 2015,” stated PST President Mike Emhof. “Obviously, our names create a natural fit, but their passion for racing is what really drives this relationship.”
The Hard Charger of the Season Award is earned though a season-long tabulation that rewards points for each position advanced in Patriot Sprint Tour A-Mains. Last season, former series champion Scott Kreutter claimed the season-long award and the king’s share of its point fund, despite having a tough year by his standards.
Patriot Tank Lines has been hauling gasoline, diesel, propane and aviation fuels for commercial clients since 2004. They handle much of the northeast, including most of New York State and New England.
