McCarl Scores Labor Day Victory at Huset’s

Terry McCarl slid under Donovan Peterson on lap 10 and went on to win the 25-lap Outlaw Sprint feature tonight at Huset’s Speedway. The win was his 87th overall at the track. Jordan Martens survived a mid-race challenge by Brant O’Banion and won the IMCA 360 Sprint main event.

Dobmeier Opens Labor Day Double Header with Wins at Huset’s Speedway

Mark Dobmeier needed only 8 laps to move from his 10th starting position to the lead and went on to score his 6th Outlaw Sprint win of the season. Jody Rosenboom and Lynton Jeffrey crossed the line 2nd and 3rd. In IMCA 360 Sprint action it was Donovan Peterson taking the win ahead of Casey Abbas and Eric Lutz. Racing action returns to the Huset’s Speedway high banks on Labor Day, September 5 with action beginning at 5:00pm.
