PAS THIS WEEK’S FOCUS, BUT SPRINT EYES ALSO TURNED TO TULARE

Numerous drivers participating in the “Budweiser Oval Nationals” at Perris Auto Speedway tonight, Friday and Saturday also have their sights set on next week’s big “Pacific Coast Nationals” at the Tulare (Calif.) Thunderbowl Raceway. The USAC National Sprint Car Champion will be crowned on Sunday night, November 15, following Saturday and Sunday competition at the third-mile dirt oval as USAC’s “Gold Rush Tour” continues.

Seventeenth annual Trophy Cup dates set for October 22 and 23, 2010

Just a week after this years running of the Trophy Cup the Tulare Thunderbowl Raceway has secured the dates for the event next season and the weekend to mark down is October 22 and 23, 2010.

TIM KAEDING PUTS ON A CLINIC COLLECTING HIS THIRD TROPHY CUP

Over the past number of seasons no driver has been more thrilling at the Tulare Thunderbowl Raceway than 2002 King of California Tim Kaeding and this past weekend the San Jose racer lived up to that billing once again by putting on one of the greatest drives in recent memory to charge all the way from 24th to first in the feature on Saturday night aboard the Roth Motorsports, DTR Transport No. 83 jr. to capture his third career Trophy Cup championship.
