Ohsweken Speedway is ready for another action-packed edition of Friday Night Thunder this week for “Norfolk County Night” presented by Best Western Cairn Croft Hotel. All fans with proof of residence in Norfolk County will be given 2 for 1 admission this Friday! Corr/Pak Merchandising Sprint Cars, Lighthouse Tattoos Thunder Stocks, HRW Automotive Mini Stocks, and Pierced Parts Bombers are all on the card, plus Vintage Cars, and Small Car Figure 8 racing.

Wiseco Pistons and Evers Financial presented Mid-Season Championship night at the speedway. When the 25 lap Corr/Pak feature was over a first time winner was standing in Engine Pro Racing Winner’s Circle as Jim Huppunen captured the win.

Although it seems like the season just got started, this week’s edition of Friday Night Thunder at Ohsweken Speedway will mark “Mid-Season Championship” night at the Styres-owned facility. Derek Jonathan scored a popular win on Friday night at Ohsweken Speedway. The Lewiston, NY resident drove from 8th on the grid to secure his second career Sprint Car feature win, and visit the Engine Pro Racing Winner’s Circle for the first time.

School’s out, summer has officially begun, and Ohsweken Speedway is celebrating with Kids Night this Friday, July 1! The Corr/Pak Merchandising Sprint Cars, Lighthouse Tattoos Thunder Stocks, HRW Automotive Mini Stocks, and Pierced Parts Bombers will all be part of Friday Night Thunder this week, along with the return of the Mod-Lite Stars Championship Tour North. The Corr/Pak Sprint Car feature was marred by three flips as Travis Cunningham, Keith Dempster and Kyle Moffit were all involved in rollovers. Visitor Bryan Howland grabbed the win in the 20 lap main.
