Manitowoc, WI — (August 21, 2013) — Mother Nature was the big winner on Thursday at Manitowoc Expo Speedway as rain started to fall just before the main event during the annual fair race for the Midwest Sprint Car Association. The next MSA event will be Saturday night at the Sheboygan County Fair Park in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
