Sammy Swindell is picking up right where Craig Dollansky left off in the Salter Motorsport car in New Zealand by winning races. Craig raced to two wins and a third place finish when he was there now Sammy has won two in a row after running third his first night out.
Definitely one of New Zealand’s top young racers Ryan O’Connor has also been running very strong as a Salter team mate to Sammy and Craig by winning the race at Baypark a few weeks back and running second a couple of times, once in front of Dollansky and once in front of Swindell. The Salter’s team is now heading into a busy time with 6 more races in 8 days and Sammy is set to run a midget at Western Springs on the 5th of January for the 50 lap feature, then it’s back home to run the Chili Bowl.
