The United Sprint Car Series presented by Goodyear has a Tennessee triple-header coming up on the 2011 Labor Day holiday weekend.
The 3-day/race USCS “Red Dirt Rumble” 2011 visiting three popular USCS venues kicks off on Friday, September 2nd at Boyd’s Speedway in Ringgold,GA (1/2 mile South of Chattanooga, TN for Round One during the track’s 3rd Annual Sprint Car Mania. The following night on Saturday, September 3rd the high-speed contingent moves 90 miles North to Crossville Raceway in Crossville, Tennessee for Round Two and the raceway’s Labor Day Weekend Speed Xplosion. The 3 night rumble around the Volunteer State concludes with a return visit on Sunday, September 4th to Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, TN (www.clarksvillespeedway.com) for the Clarksville Speedway “Sunday of Speed” (Spectacular).
All three events pay $2000 to win with $250 posted to start. Any driver who starts all three USCS sprint A-Main events is guaranteed $900 in winnings for the weekend. Posted winnings and bonuses make it possible for one driver to take home nearly $7000 for the weekend swing. Goodyear sprint racing tires and methanol fuel will be available at all three tracks.
