Drums, PA — (October 22, 2012) — The Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series is winding down and had a weekend with only one race. That one race was Saturday night and was the final race of the season at Williams Grove Speedway.Rick Lafferty ran his series win total up to four by taking the victory.
With a 129 point lead Greg Hodnett has clinched the Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series title for 2012 and will receive a check for $5,000. Danny Dietrich has 2nd place locked up and he will receive $3,000. 3rd through 10th will also receive money after the final points are tallied. Product certificates will also be sent to the top 20 in series points.
The Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series continues this week with a two day show at Hagerstown Speedway in Maryland Saturday 10/27 and Sunday 10/28
