Marne, MI – (August 21, 2015) – Brian Gerster dominated Saturday night’s Must See Racing sprint car series event Saturday night at Berlin Raceway. Gerster started on the front row and led every lap in route to victory driving the Dick Myers owned car.
Gerster jumped into the lead with Jason Blonde and Jimmy McCune left racing for second. McCune moved past Blonde on lap 16 and tried to close on Gerster, but could not do so. Blonde eventually closed up on McCune for second, but could not make the pass.
Gerster won by nearly half a lap over McCune, Blonde, Grant Galloway, and Cody Gallogly.
McCune was the fastest qualifier over the 20 car field with a lap of 12.878 seconds at an average speed of 122.302 miles per hour around the 7/16 mile oval. Gerster, Gallogly, and Blonde won heat race events. Blonde also won the Fast Car Slash.
