Special Allstar Performance Car Unveiled For Knoxville

The 2010 running of the Knoxville Nationals marks the 50th anniversary of Sprint Car racing’s most prestigious event. To celebrate this milestone, Allstar Performance has teamed with Elite Racing and driver Jason Meyers to unveil a special Knoxville-only paint scheme on the teams’ Outlaw Sprint Car.

The car was unveiled at a press conference held Tuesday afternoon at The National Sprint Car Hall of Fame, which is headquartered at the legendary Knoxville, IA track. Dave Argabright, famed racing writer, served as the MC for the unveiling.

Jason Meyers, Elite Racing team principal Chris Luck and the entire Elite Racing crew joined representatives from Allstar Performance to debut the Jeff Sorrell designed paint scheme to the motorsports press and guests. The 50th running of the Knoxville Nationals promises to be a thrilling event on and off track for Elite Racing and its partners starting on August 11, with the finale on Saturday night August 14.
