Johnson and Pittman injured following Placerville incident

Placerville, CA — (April 9, 2015) — Jason Johnson and Daryn Pittman. transported to the hospital following a crash during the World of Outlaws event on Wednesday night at Placerville Speedway. . Johnson’s website indicated he sustained a fractured back but was stable, alert, and talking to doctors.

Pittman indicated on twitter this morning that he has a broken collarbone. Kasey Kahne Racing indicated Pittman is flying back to Indianapolis for an appointment with a orthopedic surgeon.
