Weaver wins Engine Builder Challenge at Fremont
Paul Weaver didn’t like how his season started. So, the Fremont, Ohio veteran put together a different 305 sprint car and it paid off as he led all 30 laps for the $1,200 pay day at Attica Raceway Park Friday in the Engine Builders’ Challenge presented by Level Performance and Gressman Powersports.

POWRi event at Belle-Clair rained out, Farmington rescheduled
The POWRi Lucas Oil National Midgets and Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro event scheduled Friday, May 8th in Belleville, Illinois has been cancelled. In an effort to save fans, teams, and racers unnecessary travel expenses, the projected rainfall and the extended forecast has forced the cancellation of the Friday, May 8th “Battle at Belle-Vegas II” at Belle-Clair Speedway.
Additionally, the Saturday, May 9th event at St. Francois County Raceway has been postponed due to projected rainfall.
