National Sprint Car Hall of Fame

Popular journeymen sprint car drivers David Gravel of Watertown, Connecticut, and Shane Stewart of Bixby, Oklahoma, will both be signing autographs at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum in Knoxville, Iowa.

The 3M Foundation has donated $250 to the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum in recognition of Dennis D. Johnson’s commitment to the community of Knoxville, Iowa.

“An Evening with Bronson Maeschen” is set as the next program in the National Sprint Car Museum’s Sprint Car 101 Third Thursday Series and it will take place on Thursday, April 18. The free and open-to-the-public presentation will take occur on the second floor of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum at 7 p.m. in Knoxville.

The “Sprint Car Capital of the World” comes to life on April 5-7 as the National Sprint Car Museum hosts the fifteenth annual International Reel Wheel Film Festival, which celebrates the automobile and motorsports in film.

While many race fans have taken advantage of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum’s second floor for race-viewing, people are now starting to look at the space as the perfect venue for their business and/or social functions, including corporate meetings, wedding receptions and birthday, anniversary and retirement parties.
