UAW American Made Mel Kenyon Midget Series Revises Event Format
The UAW American Made Mel Kenyon Midget Series sanctioned by the United States Speed Association is revising the format used to line up the feature race. Starting with the first race at Anderson Speedway on April 15th, qualifying times will no longer be used to set the field for the main event.

Simpson World Indy Rookie of the Year Award returns to USSA Series for 2017
Officials of the United States Speed Association are pleased to welcome Simpson World Indy as the sponsor the UAW American Made Mel Kenyon Midget Series Rookie of the Year for the 6th consecutive year. The winner of the 2017 Simpson World Indy Rookie of the Year award will receive a Simpson helmet with a value of $1000 or less at the annual USSA Awards banquet in November.

UAW American Made Mel Kenyon Midget Series 2017 Season
Officials of the UAW American Made Mel Kenyon Midget Series have announced plans for a 19 race schedule for the 2017 racing season. The season will open on April 15 and close on October 7. The 2017 calendar will mark the ninth year the United State Speed Association has sanctioned and conducted midget racing events.
