One of the leading wheel manufacturers in the sport of auto racing worldwide, Keizer Aluminum Wheels of Iowa and its Eastern Wheel House has joined with Port Royal Speedway for the 2011 racing season.

February 4 is the revised deadline for 2010 season reserve seat ticket holders to renew their seats for the upcoming 2011 racing season at Port Royal Speedway.

As PRS Promotions continues to ready for the 2011 racing season at Port Royal Speedway along with speedway work crews, the team recently announced that is has acquired the skills of successful 410 sprint car driver Todd Hestor of Middleburg to fill its technical and safety inspection position.

Port Royal Speedway will make its presence known at the upcoming Dirt Trackin’ 2011 speed show located at the York Expo Center on January 14, 15 and 16. The York Expo Center is located at the York Fairgrounds in York, Pa.

For the first time in the 56-year history of the United States Auto Club sprint car circuit, USAC is coming to historic Port Royal Speedway.

Port Royal Speedway and PRS Promotions crowned the 2010 track champions Saturday night at the annual awards banquet ceremony at the Port Royal Community Building. Nearly $25,000 was distributed to the top-10 point finishers in the 410 sprint, late model and pro stock divisions.

With a diverse, exciting 2011 schedule nearly finalized, another new face has joined the effort to revamp Port Royal Speedway and its racing programs.

The annual Port Royal Speedway awards banquet will be held on January 8, 2011, at the Port Royal Community Building, located along 4th St., just off of the speedway’s backstretch.

After Tuesday’s decision by the Juniata County Agricultural Society to appoint Port Royal resident Steve O’Neal as race director for the upcoming 2011 racing season, the team of PRS Promotions led by O’Neal has hit the ground running in prepping for the new year.
