The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series is set to embark on a huge weekend, beginning Friday in the hometown of 20-time champion Steve Kinser as the Outlaws invade Bloomington Speedway for the first time since 1999. On Saturday it’s off to I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Mo., for the Ironman 55 — the most grueling annual event on the tour with 55 laps around the high-banked I-55 bullring.
