URC rookie of the year recieves Simpson helmet

Eighteen year old Brad Franks successfully completed his first year in 360 sprint cars and with URC in 2014. Franks of Collegeville, PA will be URC’s 2014 Rookie of the Year and for that accomplishment, he will receive a Simpson helmet. In just his first season of 360 sprint car racing, Brad finished thirteenth in the 2014 URC point standings.
