After a somewhat up and down month of June, the Galloway, Ohio driver collected his second consecutive USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship victory on Friday at Fairbury, Nebraska’s Jefferson County Speedway during the opening night of the Riverside Chevrolet Midwest Midget Championship Presented by Westin Packaged Meats & Schmidt’s Sanitation.
It’s back to Mid-America for the USAC NOS Energy Drink Midget National Championship in July. USAC Mid-America Midget Week presents Great Plains bullring USAC action between July 8-12 across three states with four events in a span of five nights across Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
Emerson Axsom picked a fine time to find his way back into USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midget Series victory lane. After all, a $10,000 winner’s share awaited the winner of Saturday night’s Fourth Annual Riverside Chevrolet Midwest Midget Championship presented by Westin Packaged Meats and Schmidt’s Sanitation feature event winner
