SIMI VALLEY, CA – FEBRUARY 22, 2011… For competitors with the Ventura Racing Association, Extreme Technologies has legal mufflers for the Sprint Car, Senior Sprint Car, and Midget divisions. After hours of extensive testing, Extreme continues to lead the way in sound control without the horsepower loss of other brands. The new mufflers meet the strict sound restrictions at Ventura Raceway and have been approved by track officials.
There are several options available for the VRA Sprint Car and Senior Sprint Car classes. For 2011, Extreme is proud to announce the debut of the “Extreme Pro,” a new round shell muffler that measures fifteen inches long with a built-in turndown. In addition, the company still carries the 180-degree mufflers that set the standard for noise control at California race tracks.

For the brand new VRA Midget division, racers can count on Extreme for a quality product to meet their needs. There are several options available, including a new “Extreme Pro” round shell muffler that measures fifteen inches long. A twelve-inch muffler is available in both stainless steel and aluminized steel.
