This Saturday night the Winged Sprint Cars will put on a huge battle for $1,500 to win the feature event and a whopping $300 to start the main event.  Joining the winged warriors will be the Pure Stocks, Mini Sprints and the Mod Lites.

When the Sprint Cars visited last January, Logan Forler from Lake Havasu City AZ walked away with feature wins both days.  This time around Logan could have challenges from New Mexico drivers Lorne Wofford, and the father-son duo of Jesse and Jerry Higginbotham.  The threats don’t stop there as Kaylene Verville, Josh Williams, Billy Chester, Perry McMillan and others try to steal the money and run.

Danny Curry has won both of the feature events at the Speedway in 2013.  Curry will be trying for his third win, but water truck extraordinaire Bo Partain will be trying to put a stop to it.  Local drivers Terry Churchwell, Dingus Morrow, and Patrick Tolle will be trying to keep the money locally.  With the Progressive Purse system in effect, the Pure Stocks can be racing for extra cash!

The Mini Sprits will be bringing their top guns to do battle for the first time since Central Arizona Raceway has re-opened.  Some of the drivers that could be vying for the first place price money include Dustin and Cliff Cormany, Jacob Hawkins, Adam Milsap, Colton Hardy, and Dennis Carrier.

The Arizona Mod-Lite Association will be bringing their rides to play on the speedway as well.  The Mod-Lite class, similar to the Dwarf Cars, but with Modified bodies brings the fans on their feet.  The San Tan Ford group of Nick Gann, Mike Martin, Cody Taylor, Ricky Bobby and Lexus Gann will be trying to hold off the Priest and Bender families for the win.  Steve Moriaty and Chaz Baca Jr will be trying to pull off upsets.

General admission tickets will go on sale at 4:00 pm for the reduced price of $12 for Adults, $10 for Seniors and Military, and Kids 11 & under are absolutely FREE!
