SPENCER, Iowa — September 2, 2015 — The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series is part of the Clay County Fair again this year as the series invades the Clay County Fair Speedway on Friday, September 18 for the Ninth Annual Arnold Motor Supply Shootout. Kraig Kinser was victorious for the first time at the three-eighths-mile last year. Donny Schatz, the six-time and defending series champion, is the winningest driver with the series at Clay County Fair Speedway, having recorded four triumphs, dating back to the series inaugural event at the track in 2007. Brad Sweet, who drives for Kasey Kahne Racing, scored a memorable win in 2012 at Clay County, as it was his first career World of Outlaws A-Feature victory.
