It was a strange and unusual night at the I-88 Speedway in Afton, New York. As the usual heat races were taking place, a sportsman competitor’s racer veered of the racing surface and cut down a power pole supplying power to the front stretch lights. While the track crew worked to restore power, the CRSA Sprint feature was called to the track hoping to complete the race in daylight conditions.
