Cody Gallogly wins AVSS feature at Kalamazoo Speedway

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (July 25, 2015) – The Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Super Sprints made their second appearance of the season at Kalamazoo (Mich.) Speedway with Cody Gallogly earning his first career victory. Gallogly became the sixth different winner in the opening six events.

Following Gallogly across the finish line was Aaron Pierce with Derek Snyder in third spot. The remainder of the top-five finishers included Jason Blonde and Ryan Gillenwater. Sixth was Jimmy McCune with Geoff Kaiser, Kevin Feeney, David Byrne and Brad Wyatt.

In preliminary action, heat race victories were earned by John Turnbull, Ike Beasley and David Byrne. Aaron Pierce was the top qualifier of the 25 cars on hand with a lap of 10.299 seconds at 131.081 mph.

The next events on the Auto Value Bumper to Bumper Super Sprints schedule are part of the King of the Wing Sprint Car National Sprint Car Shoot Out. The Northwest Tour will compete at Meridian (ID) Speedway on Thursday, July 30, then wraps up at Evergreen (WA) Speedway on August 1-2.
