The 2009 season comes to a close for the World of Outlaws with the third annual World Finals at The Dirt Track @ Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina, November 5-7. The event kicks off with a night of qualifying on Thursday, followed by full racing programs on Friday and Saturday.
